The Riptide Bloody Mary

- House-made Riptide Bloody Mary mix (not for sale; please find a substitute): 6-8 ounces
- St. George green chili vodka: 1.5 ounce
- Guinness: .5 ounce
- Bacon salt
- Lemon wedge
- Lime wedge
- Pepperoncini
- Spicy green bean
- Green pimento olive
- Summer sausage
- 2 slices of bacon
Directions: Line the rim of a pint glass with bacon salt. Add ice, then green chili vodka, then Bloody Mary mix. Top the mixture with Guinness. Garnish with lemon and lime wedges, pepperoncini, spicy green bean, green cocktail olive, summer sausage, and two slices of bacon. Make it with as many locally-sourced ingredients as you can find.
